Product Terms

1. Introduction
These Product Terms apply to all physical products supplied by Vireo Visuals, including but not limited to signage, print products, banners, flags, stickers, promotional materials and related products.
These Product Terms operate in conjunction with the Vireo Terms of Service.
By placing an order for any product supplied by Vireo, the Client agrees to these Product Terms.
2. Product Information
2.1 Product Descriptions
Vireo makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and information are accurate.
Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, supplier changes or product improvements.
2.2 Product Images
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Actual products may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.
3. Pricing
3.1 Product Pricing
All pricing displayed by Vireo is subject to change without notice.
Pricing is confirmed at the time an order is accepted.
3.2 Quotation Validity
Product quotations remain valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated.
4. Artwork Requirements
4.1 Client-Supplied Artwork
Where artwork is supplied by the Client, the Client is responsible for ensuring that all files are suitable for production.
This includes:
- Dimensions;
- Resolution;
- Colour settings;
- Bleed requirements;
- Spelling;
- Grammar;
- Accuracy of information.
4.2 Artwork Issues
Vireo is not responsible for production issues resulting from unsuitable, low-quality or incorrect artwork supplied by the Client.
4.3 File Modifications
Where modifications are required to client-supplied artwork, additional fees may apply.
5. Proof Approval
5.1 Proofs
Where applicable, Vireo may provide artwork proofs for approval prior to production.
5.2 Client Review
Clients must carefully review all proofs before approval.
Particular attention should be given to:
- Spelling;
- Grammar;
- Contact details;
- URLs;
- Dimensions;
- Colours;
- Layouts;
- Product specifications.
5.3 Approval
Production may commence immediately following approval.
5.4 Approved Errors
Vireo is not responsible for errors that were visible within an approved proof.
6. Colours
6.1 Colour Variation
Colours displayed on screens may differ from colours produced in print or manufacturing.
6.2 Production Variations
Colour variations may occur due to:
- Screen settings;
- Material types;
- Printing processes;
- Manufacturing methods;
- Lighting conditions.
6.3 Colour Expectations
Minor colour variations shall not constitute a defect.
7. Dimensions & Manufacturing Tolerances
7.1 Product Dimensions
Product dimensions are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerances unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Manufacturing Tolerances
Minor variations in size, positioning, finishing or production may occur as part of normal manufacturing processes.
7.3 Measurements Supplied By Clients
Where dimensions are supplied by the Client, the Client is solely responsible for their accuracy.
Vireo is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the Client.
8. Production
8.1 Production Commencement
Production may commence immediately following:
- Full payment; and
- Approval of any required proof.
8.1A Cancellation After Approval
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
8.2 Production Times
Estimated production times are indicative only.
Actual production times may vary depending on supplier capacity, workload, material availability and external factors.
8.3 Delays
Vireo shall not be liable for production delays beyond its reasonable control.
9. Product Availability
Products are subject to supplier availability.
Where a product becomes unavailable, Vireo may:
- Offer an alternative;
- Provide a revised timeframe; or
- Cancel the order and provide a refund where appropriate.
10. Delivery
10.1 Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.
10.2 Third-Party Couriers
Vireo utilises third-party courier and freight providers.
10.3 Courier Delays
Vireo is not responsible for courier delays, missed delivery estimates or disruptions caused by third-party delivery providers.
10.4 Delivery Address
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Additional costs arising from incorrect delivery information may be charged to the Client.
10.5 Lost Parcels
Where a parcel is lost in transit, Vireo may assist the Client in communicating with the relevant courier or freight provider.
Vireo is not responsible for losses caused by third-party couriers.
Any resolution shall be subject to the courier’s investigation process and findings.
11. Inspection Upon Delivery
Clients must inspect products as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery.
Any issues should be reported promptly in accordance with Vireo’s Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy.
12. Damaged Goods
Where products arrive damaged, Clients must:
- Notify Vireo promptly;
- Provide photographs;
- Provide relevant information requested by Vireo.
Vireo reserves the right to assess claims before determining an appropriate resolution.
13. Defects
Products must be inspected within seven (7) days of receipt.
Defect claims submitted after this period may be declined.
Vireo reserves the right to request photographs and supporting evidence when assessing defect claims.
14. Change of Mind
Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, cancellations or refunds once production has commenced.
15. Product Use
Clients are responsible for ensuring products are used, installed and maintained appropriately.
Vireo is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Misuse;
- Incorrect installation;
- Neglect;
- Improper storage;
- Unauthorised modifications.
15.1 Installation
Unless otherwise agreed, Clients are responsible for the installation of products.
Vireo is not responsible for damage, injury, loss or defects resulting from incorrect installation or handling after delivery.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireo’s liability in relation to any product shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Nothing in these Product Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
17. Changes
Vireo reserves the right to update these Product Terms from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Vireo website.
